AE Interest: Aspires to be a LEED platinum rated for low-carbon commercial building that will aim to reduce its total energy consumption by up to 65% and water consumption by up to 35% compared to the current Dubai standard design. Will contain 150 solar water collectors to meet the hot water requirements for the whole building. 3- 225KW wind turbines and 4000 solar panels will be used to generate electricity. Designed as two towers connected by bridge from the 10th floor up to about 300 meters up the building.
