AE Interests: Use of textured concrete, timber strips, and movable aluminum screens; beam and slab system; terraces are inspired by elevated topography, each one communally shared by two adjacent apartments (to be exempted from gross floor area calculations under urban regulations), but is designed and divided by a subtle line within the wood decking to provide a sense of private property for each owner.
