145,500 sqf mixed-use building targeting LEED Gold. The geometric facade allows for light to reach public green space of the High Line. The facade is achieved with one tilted diamond panel surrounded by four triangular panels that allow for standard stack joints.

61,400 sqft basilica, with a ring of smaller buildings including prayer rooms, counselling spaces, a cafeteria, library, museum and a smaller church. Interior lined with 2 cm thick metal plates, 18 cm apart. These fins create the appearance of different spaces depending on a person’s location within the church.

A 538,000 sqft museum space constructed from 2008 to 2015. Conceptualized as large, strong boxes stacked together holding fragile art. A major motif of the project is the dramatic rock formations Kunming is known for.

“Floats” on Dongyang River as a Chinese junk. Envisioned as a community space with many entrances and incorporated green space. Passive solar design uses translucent glass facade as warming “greenhouse” in the winter, allows airflow and ventilation in the summer. Includes two theaters that seat 1600 and 1200 respectively, and a conference center that seats 2000. Seats Construction will begin in 2020.
