AE Interests: eight central mega columns for enhanced structural efficiency, stacked box effect is created by 2 cantilevers on each vertical segment while not compromising continuity of the main vertical structure, one mechanical floor for each 15 floor segment on which vertical load is transferred from corner and central columns to mega columns via perimeter belt truss

AE Interests: Self climbing corner column formwork for the spiral-shaped rectangular columns with crane independent climbing systems (see video 2), 245.9 meters tall, 55 floors each is twisted by 3° in relation to the preceding one, totaling 135°, nominated as a finalist for ‘Best Tall Building in Europe’ by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat
