Because of the narrow lot, the complex was split into three towers and have a curvilinear design to pay tribute to the Yellow River. The building is also designed with natural ventilation channels providing circulation and air flow throughout the complex.

The complex is built partly out of re-purposed old buildings. Some walls in the building were constructed only out of recycled brick, having no structural and lateral support added in other than the bricks themselves. This brick wall was constructed to pay tribute to Ancient Chinese Architecture.

The space is split into nine high rise residential building and three additional buildings surrounding a large garden. The condos are meant to combine nature and architecture, taking inspiration from the Vertical Forest. The building is also designed with natural cross ventilation and solar exposure.
