AE interest: Operates in two seasonal modes, as well as day and night mode. First new office building to meet and exceed 6 Star rating under Green Star by Green Building Council of Australia. Yellow wind cowls and photovoltaic roof panels generate portion of electricity. Purge windows for cooling. Operable timber shutters on western facade. One complete air change per half hour.

AE interest: Each floor turned a few degrees about a central axis, providing spectacular views for all apartments. Organic design of balcony terraces, providing shade for recessed facades. Roof features vacuum panels and solar collectors for cooling and heating. Holistic ecological building concept.
