AE Interest: Designed and registered for LEED silver certification. It has 215 rooms on its lower twenty floors and is used as a hotel. On the forty floors above, it has 174 residential condominiums. The high-rise is in cased in low-reflectance high-performance insulating glass. The podium is composed of granite and glass.

AE Interest: Residential tower that has 400 apartments. 2 towers that host about 900 trees. Years of research by botanist and horticulturalist was performed alongside engineers to select the suitable plants and to ensure that the structure could bear the load imposed by them. The trees help moderate temperatures in the building during the winter and summer and help with noise pollution.
