Project Area: 190,521 sq ft.

AE Interests: arcaded concrete pavilion (reminiscent of a Sukkah) exhibits changing shadow patterns, entire structure is reinforced concrete, triangular shape chosen to bring in natural daylight while simultaneously supporting the pressure of the earth above, cantilevered platform.

AE Interests: Originally a brick clad structure, rendered useless upon completion in 1984. Sat idle as a warehouse until it was transformed into the office communications center. Transformation from shed to public relations center without changing the structure, structural glass wall, glazed atrium.
