Status: Completed 2010
Structure: Ysrael A. Seinuk

AE Interests: 1,326 holes of 5 different sizes give the building the swiss cheese look; 40 cm thick white concrete exoskeleton which provides shade to the building; Cooling effect created through a vacuum created by space between concrete skin and main building; Outer concrete serves as structural member and reduces need for interior beams
