AE Interest: first suspended bicycle roundabout; concrete structure rather than steel; supported from beneath by columns and from above by steel cables attached to a central steel column; *engineering professors at local universities were asked to research a cable vibration problem, and they found that the wind was creating vortexes around the cables—fixed problem by applying additional dampers at cable connections

AE Interest: Supporting steel columns split fluidly into branches to create archways along the bridgeway, bridge design had to be modeled using Rhinoceros with parametric plug-in (Grasshopper) due to complex geometry of steel structure, concrete deck has artist-designed etchings
