AE Interests: Ventilation zones, natural ventilation, thermal modeling, internal lighting and other modern methods give the building enduring benefits.  Entirely uses natural ventilation by maximizing the performance of the building’s structure and skin. The building is oriented 15 degrees off due N-S in order to allow the atrium to act as long thermal chimney.
