AE Interest: With energy conservation driving its design, the building utilizes double and triple-layered glass and advanced climate control tools, including one which regulates the building’s thermal mass in absorbing or releasing heat (hydronic loop system). The structure consists of 60-foot-spans of barrel-shaped steel, and consumes 335 kwH/sq ft in energy.
