The building will be built on top of a disused cement mining quarry pit and lake, spanning 170m from cliff to cliff with a sunken garden below. A cantilever outdoor swimming pool will create a 60m-high waterfall into the quarry pit. The separate 100m-tall tower will feature a 270-bedroom hotel, with 60 executive suits and a six-bedroom presidential suite looking over the lake.”
