AE Interests: brick and stucco structure, boulder like structures inspired by the terrain of the Andes Mountains, the three masses are linked together by a rectilinear concrete podium, uses natural day-lighting, exterior is enclosed by a dark stone tile fabricated in the surrounding region known as “cafe pinto”,  total costs of about $4 million,
