Due to the building no longer being able to meet the functional, energy, or conservation requirements, the building was renovated in 2013. [a] After the renovation, this building achieved LEED Platinum certification due to it’s efficient, sustainable, and innovative technologies. [b] These technologies include solar thermal panels, 13,000 sf solar roof panel, and a rainwater collection system. [c]
