Building: Beijing Daxing International Airport
Location: Beijing, China
Architectural Engineers: Buro Happold & Arup (Arup did fire engineering)
Architect: Zaha Hadid Architects
Construction: 2014-2019

AE Interest: The Beijing Daxing International Airport has the largest single terminal in the world, covering 700,000 square meters, and is second only to the Istanbul New Airport in terms of overall size of the airport. It is absolutely massive, and is growing even as more terminals get added.
