AE Interest: The designs met the aggressive criteria for resource conservation, cost saving, and unprecedented design and construction schedule, all while providing improve occupant comfort and health for the building users. The (Collaborative Project Delivery) CPD process included an integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) execution plan, electronic design and construction administration, a paperless job system, and off-site prefabrication for just-in-time delivery, since there was no laydown or on-site storage. By integrating innovative construction technology, the team was able to save time and money to meet the schedule and budget. Technology such as heat recovery chiller, green roofs and rainwater for toilets. This allowing the building to achieve LEED Platinum Certification. [a]
