AE Interests: LEED Gold, cast-in-place concrete, Lueders limestone, copper, water system incorporates Lady Bird Lake, photovoltaic cells provide solar protection.  Ventilation system for the underground parking measures the level of CO2 and CO and regulates the amount of ventilation, saving a significant amount of energy and earning it a LEED innovation point. `
