Structural Engineer: Pieters Bouwtechniek, Haarlem
Client: Development Company New Deal bv, Amsterdam
AE Interests: Designed to look like a beached whale. Large building design is complimented with an interior garden giving off the feeling of intimacy. Aluminum roof is angled to make both sides elevated which is a strategy used in this design to maximize sunlight for the apartments within.
