De Cecco Business Center – Pescara, Italy

leave a comment »

Building: De Cecco Business Center
Location: Pescara, Italy
Architect: Massimiliano & Doriana Fuksas
Structural Engineering: Studio Ing. Toniolo, Sirmione, Italy
Completion: 2009

AEInterest: low height building with punctured planes, plus top “annular” building; lower building receives natural light through punctured holes, the random placements of the holes create diagonal views between levels; water plane on sixth level recalls the Pescara River.
