AE Interests: Fresh air and light circulates via open atrium and a ventilation shaft; oval, vaulted walls; prefabricated glass fiber-reinforced concrete (GFRC) used for every surface: floors, walls, ceilings and columns; concrete skin incorporates a water-cooling system (Water pipes lining the outer shell)
