Location: Osaka, Japan
Design Architect: Azusa Design and Yamamoto-Nishihara Design Firm
Main Contractor: Sato Kogyo Co. Ltd.
Completion: 1992
Height to tip: 71.9 m (236 ft)
Floors above ground: 16 (highway cuts through 5-7th floor)

AE Interests: highway cutting through middle of building, double-core structure, vibration and noise control.
