Combined on-site grey water and storm water collection used to fill toilets and landscape irrigation [c]. 7.5 kW rooftop solar electric array provides 20% of the building’s power [d]. Remaining energy needs filled by purchasing renewable energy credits, occupant controlled ventilation, lighting, and temperature [e].
