Client: First Unitarian Society
Original Architect: Frank Lloyd Wright
Project Architect: The Kubala Washatko Architects, Inc.
Contractor: J. H. Findorff & Son Inc.
Lighting Designer/Mechanical & Plumbing Engineer: Affiliated Engineers, Inc.
Structural/Civil Engineer: Arnold & O’Sheridan
Addition Size: 20,000 sq ft.
Completed: 2008
Cost: US $8 million

AEInterests: LEED Gold Certified. Compliments, not mimics, Frank Lloyd Wright’s original design. Building footprint doubled yet stormwater runoff eliminated.
2011 Top Ten Green Projects (AIA). 7000 sq. ft. green roof
