Architect(s): Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Philip Johnson
Structural Engineer: Severud Associates
MEP: Jaros, Baum, & Bolles
Completion: 1958

AE Interests: Bronze + glass facade articulates structure, at the time was the model for modern skyscrapers, Mies van der Rohe’s philosophy of minimalism/functionalism, first use of high-strength bolted connections, vertical truss bracing system
