AE Interests: one of the first glass-walled International Style office buildings in US, elevated on pilotis one level above ground, curtain wall made of blue-green heat-resistant glass and stainless steel (economical and aesthetic), one of the first office buildings with full A/C system, completely sealed (no windows) – help reduce cooling costs
