Building Name:  Dymaxion House
Location:  Dearborn, Michigan
Architect:  Buckminster Fuller
Completion:  1945

AE Interests:  Self-sufficient, low maintenance, supported by a central pole with cables suspended from it allowing for non-bearing outer walls, primarily made of aluminum, weighs one and half tons which was 1% the weight of average homes, earthquake and storm resistant
