Building: Habitat Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM)

Architect: SHINE Architecture and TA Arquitectura

Facade Works: Josué Rincón

Civil Works: Jorge González

Completion: 2012

AE Interests: passive shading used for diffused daylight, natural ventilation through voids between panels, parametric studies composed to ensure thermal, acoustic and visual conditions were optimized in the design, ramp wraps around and into building giving increased access to disabled students, angled panels of fritted (fine porous) glass on roof to allow lighting and ventilation
