Building: Statoil Regional and International Offices
Location: Bjørvika, Oslo
Architect: a-lab (Arkitekturlaboratoriet AS)
Landscape Architecture: Ramboll Norway
Contractor: Skanska (office building above ground) / PEAB (ground work and basement)
Year: 2012

AE Interests:
prefabricated superstructure in steel and concrete, facades in glass and aluminum. “structure consists of five blocks, each one of them three floors high, 140 meters long and 23 meters wide, stacked on top of each other” (4). 85% recycled heat energy.
