Clients: Rotterdam Zoo (& their giraffes!)

AE Interests: “Cradle to cradle” sustainability concept/philosophy; Minimal maintenance required; Natural air ventilation (see upper left-hand diagram); Rainwater collection system; Walls & glass optimized for passive solar energy utilization; Use of non-toxic/reused/recyclable materials
