Location: Intersection of Flatbush Ave & Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn, Kings, New York 11217 (small triangle of land)
Status: Under Construction
Architects: TEN Arquitectos
Mech/Electrical/Plumbing Engineers: ARUP
Structural Engineer: Guy Nordensen and Associates/Robert Silman Associates
Client: Brooklyn Public library (BPL)

AE Interests: irregular ‘V’ shape for pedestrian fluidity, houses studios & performance spaces and a black box theater, horizontally layered planes, public mixed use areas & courtyards, “reinforcing urban interconnections…and dissolving distinctions between interior and exterior spaces”-Norten
