AE Interests: 143 m tall (469 ft) building includes 2 large cantilevers in the tower mass, 3 sky gardens, 248 residential apartments, a 150-room hotel, 42 levels, a spa, two restaurants, and a triple-height lobby.  Designed with sustainability in mind, the hotel portion will earn the BREEAM “Outstanding” ranking, while the residential component of the tower will earn a Level Four ranking from the Code for Sustainable Homes.  Recycled concrete and steel are to be utilized in the construction of the tower.
