AE Interest: Challenge: needed a large building that wouldn’t overwhelm the site, slit-face gray granite exterior hand-set, clerestory to let light in, green roof and subterranean rooms with skylights create hybrid structure combining building and landscape, use of bronze and marble, set windows with glazing tape.
