Location: Shenzhen, China (junction of Qiaocheng Xilu & Binhai Dadao)
Completed: 2007
Purpose: mixed-use (academic, master planning, residential, waterfront)
Size: 2,691,000 sf (includes 1200 luxury condominiums)
Architect: Arquitectonica
Developer: Mangrove West Coast Property Management Co., Ltd.
Awards: AIA Florida Award of Excellence Merit Award, AIA Miami Award of Excellence in Architecture, Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) Design Award of Honor, Chinese Real Estate College Golden Award

AE Interests: units divided into complex of 3 buildings with heights staggered from 10 to 31 stories, floor to ceiling glass windows, see-through glass railings on the balconies, buildings arranged in windmill composition strategically positioned at specific angles that maximize views
