AE interest:

Sustainability goal “Towards Zero Energy“. The aerodynamic form, which includes the two open spaces on both facades, helps direct wind flow to push wind turbines. Internally ventilated, high performance double wall facade(N/S facade), triple-glazed facade(E/W facade), chilled radiant ceiling, solar panels. Daylighting design. This building is the most energy efficient super-tall building in the world.
